Job Overview

Instep CA Group is a forward-thinking company with an immediate opening for an entry-level Client Support Professional in our local office.

The Client Support Professional position entails providing primary client-facing customer service for our residential outreach initiatives. Success in this role requires the professional to work independently, provide immediate sales solutions, be professional, and document interactions within our systems.

We offer training for the Client Support Professional position. Our accomplished professionals will teach you what directly leads to their success and create a game plan for your future within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute presentations in person with customers to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to every customer by educating them about our brands and products to enhance sales.
  • Plan and run presentations to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with management to coordinate schedules for promotional events.
  • Communicate results and opportunities through sales reports.
  • Implement business development strategies and sales techniques.

Requirements

To succeed as a Client Support Professional, you should possess:

  • Outstanding reliability and follow-through skills, along with excellent communication skills, including telephone and active listening skills.
  • Efficient problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • The ability to type and talk simultaneously, delegate effectively, and have strong organizational skills.
  • You should be a highly self-motivated individual who can work well with and without supervision, and be a reliable, knowledgeable, resourceful, flexible, service-oriented professional.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED; a College degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of customer service, sales, marketing, business, or communications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in phone or email contexts.
  • Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
