Job Summary:

As an Executive Ne Campus Assistant at Houston Community College (HCC), you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our campus. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to our campus leadership team
* Manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements
* Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences
* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
* Maintain accurate records and databases

Requirements:

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
* 4 years of directly related work experience
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Work Environment:
