Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our Sales department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the appointment calendar, handling incoming calls, and providing information to callers as necessary.
This role requires excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the appointment calendar for the Sales team
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Provide information to callers as necessary
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings and events
