Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes and guidelines.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards.
- Operate and maintain equipment, including mixers, ovens, and refrigerators, to ensure efficient and safe food production.
- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Store and label food items according to company policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Completion of a culinary school program or apprenticeship is a plus.
- Previous experience in a bakery or pastry production environment is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A flexible schedule, including holidays and client events.
