Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the pharmacist in providing quality patient care, including:
- Assisting in prescription filling and dispensing processes
- Inputting prescriptions into the computer system
- Submitting claims to insurance companies and resolving reimbursement issues
- Fielding calls from doctors' offices, patients, and insurance companies
- Ordering and receiving prescription items and managing pharmacy inventory
