Job Summary:

  • Process payments for invoices, verify financial data, and review completed invoices for payment.
  • Analyze vendor aging and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage vendor databases and required documentation, ensuring compliance.
  • Prepare annual 1099 reports and journal entries as necessary.
  • Record deposits via electronic and check methods.
  • Billing occurs monthly for approximately 200 tenants.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are crucial.
