Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive exams and provide preventative medical care for adults
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients and educate them on medical issues as needed
• Conduct histories and physical examinations, and prescribe medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Requirements
• Active and unrestricted CO Nurse Practitioner's License
• BLS/ACLS Certification
• Active and unrestricted DEA
• 1 year of experience preferred
