About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tire Technician to join our team at Conrad's Tire Express and Total Car Care.

As a Tire Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality tire repairs.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting tire inspections and diagnostic tests to identify issues
  • Mounting and balancing tires to ensure optimal performance
  • Repairing flats and performing tire rotations
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of tire lines to support inventory functions and procedures
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Basic services knowledge, including starting and charging systems
  • Automotive and tire knowledge and skills
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
