Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees through a 3rd party payroll processing service. Your attention to detail will ensure accuracy in resolving any payroll discrepancies that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll for 130 to 150 employees.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare certified wage reports for prevailing wage rate jobs.
  • Upload records to update the general ledger and job cost databases.
  • Provide ad hoc payroll reports as needed.
  • Support annual plan audits for company benefit plans.
  • Document and evaluate payroll policies and procedures.
  • Track employee paid time off and calculate paid amounts due at termination.
