Transportation Coordinator for Senior Community

About the Role

This position involves driving community residents to outings, including doctor's appointments, banking, and activities. As a Transportation Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting residents with boarding and exiting the bus, securing wheelchair clamps or safety belts as required, and preparing the bus for operation by performing pre-trip safety inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive community residents to various destinations, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey.
  • Assist residents with mobility needs, including boarding and exiting the bus.
  • Prepare the bus for operation by conducting thorough pre-trip safety inspections.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips and resident transportation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Possess a valid and active Commercial Driving License (CDL).
  • Meet federal/state/company driving standards, which may include license verification, drug testing, and driver's tests.
  • Meet motor vehicle records clearance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to treat all people with sensitivity and courtesy.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

The estimated salary range is based on industry standards and market conditions in the Loveland/Mason area. This amount may vary depending on your experience, qualifications, and performance.
