We are seeking an experienced School Psychologist to join our team of independent contractors at ProCare Therapy. As a vital member of our network, you will have the opportunity to work with students and educators remotely from the comfort of your own home.

Job Summary

This position is available for a 24/25 school year, providing a stable and secure work arrangement. Our ideal candidate has a Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field, along with relevant experience in a school setting and Texas Teaching Certification.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting virtual assessments, evaluations, and observations as part of a collaborative IEP team. Strong communication skills, creativity in adapting therapy services to a virtual environment, and excellent organizational abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations, collaborating with in-person facilitators as needed.
  • Carry out virtual observations for FBA and contribute to BIP planning, ensuring plans are executed with fidelity.
  • Write thorough reports, communicate findings to the IEP team, and often take on a leadership role during IEP meetings.
  • Utilize creativity to adapt counseling services to the virtual environment, engaging students in meaningful activities.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Texas Teaching Certification.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a school setting (preferably 2+ years).
  • Experience working virtually would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, particularly regarding stakeholder organization for students on IEPs.
  • Creativity in adapting therapy services to a virtual environment.
