Civil Construction Site Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Construction Site Manager to join our team at Kwest Group. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the work of site staff, including foremen, crew leaders, and field team members
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
* Coordinate with project managers and general superintendents to meet production goals
* Conduct hiring interviews and make recommendations for promotions and terminations
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily job reports and equipment hours
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on earthwork and mass excavation
* Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License
* Clean driving record
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
