We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled paralegal to join our team in Forsyth County. As a litigation paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys in various civil litigation matters, including real estate, condemnation, eminent domain, and general civil litigation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex case files, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, real estate transactions, motions, and subpoenas.
  • E-filing and maintain accurate records of court proceedings.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between attorneys and clients, providing exceptional communication skills and customer service.
  • Conduct thorough research on real estate laws, zoning regulations, property disputes, and other relevant issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and meet project objectives.
About Our Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and passion for litigation support. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation or a related field.
  • A Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Georgia Superior Court Rules.
  • Experience with e-filing and electronic document management systems.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
