We are seeking a seasoned nursing professional to join our team as a House Supervisor at Adventist Health Tillamook. As a critical care Registered Nurse with leadership experience, you will oversee the operations of our 25-bed medical center and rural health services, ensuring exceptional patient care and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise nursing personnel and operations, making regular rounds to assess patient conditions and develop prioritized interdisciplinary plans of care.">
  • Facilitate hospital throughput by providing resources, managing bed placement, and coordinating patient transfers/discharges.">
  • Supervise professional and ancillary personnel, assisting with orientation and training, and ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.">
  • Maintain unit-based staffing to meet patient needs, observing regulatory mandates and budget guidelines.">
  • Evaluate employee, patient, family, and physician complaints, responding promptly and resolving issues within delegated authority.">

Estimated Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
