About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Campus Partnerships Manager to connect our U.S. partner colleges and universities with opportunities for students across WorldStrides Higher Ed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead generation, new business and program development, territory growth, and relationship management to foster exceptional service to partners and meet enrollment and revenue goals.
  • Frequent travel to campuses, events, and conferences to build relationships and promote programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working environment.
  • Clear and empathetic communication skills with the ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team.
  • High adaptability, flexibility, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex educational landscapes.
Location and Benefits

This is a remote position based in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, or adjoining states, with occasional office visits at select locations.

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, professional certification support, paid parental leave, and flexible work schedule options.
