Role Summary:


We are seeking a skilled Hematology/Oncology specialist to join our team at MercyOne Waterloo Cancer Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with colleagues to develop treatment plans, and participating in ongoing education and training.

Responsibilities:



  • Provide high-quality patient care, including diagnostic testing, treatment planning, and administration of chemotherapy and other medications
  • Collaborate with radiation oncologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in hematology and oncology
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration among colleagues

About the Benefits:


We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $550K over three years, with opportunities for productivity bonuses. Additionally, you will receive a starting bonus of $100K, as well as longevity bonuses of $25K at the end of each year for the first three years. We also provide a generous relocation allowance of $15K, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including paid malpractice insurance, CME, vacation, and holidays.
