Tandem Diabetes Care is a leader in the diabetes technology industry, and we're seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for promoting our innovative products and services within your assigned territory, working closely with a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist to drive sales growth and exceed company goals.

Key responsibilities include leading strategic business planning, identifying potential customers, establishing and developing business relationships, and providing account sales support and continuing education to patients, physicians, and their Clinical Educators on the technical use of insulin pump therapy.

This is a field-based position covering Central Pennsylvania, with potential to expand to parts of Williamsport, Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, and State College as needed.

Requirements include a BS/BA from a four-year college or university, plus 3 years of related industry sales experience, preferably in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, or managed care.

Ability to travel at least 80% in your assigned territory, maintain a valid driver's license, and required auto insurance, as well as a good driving record, are also essential.

Motivation and drive to meet and exceed sales goals, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing market, are highly valued.

Tandem offers a competitive salary range of $89,200 - $109,000 annually, with a target earning potential of $164,200 - $184,000 annually, as well as health care benefits, paid holidays, and access to a 401k plan with company match.
