Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team at St. Luke's Health System in Boise, Idaho.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time opportunity with rotating evening call coverage.
  • Daily visit requirements are below state and national averages.
  • You will provide comprehensive care to patients with new diagnoses, medications, or discharged from ER, requiring respiratory treatment or wound care.
  • As a Home Care RN, you will ensure patients are progressing with their care plan, provide education related to their disease process, and assess physical and psychological needs to improve quality of life.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Pay for drive time and mileage reimbursement for geographical areas within Treasure Valley.
  • Weekend premium pay and applicable differential/on-call pay.

Qualifications:

  • Education: ASN or BSN Degree.
  • Experience: 1 year of RN experience; Hospice or Acute Care experience helpful.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in the State of Practice; Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Valid Driver's License and proof of Auto Insurance.
