Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tax Season Operations Manager to support our retail offices during tax season. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our offices, providing exceptional client service, and leading a team of tax professionals.

About the Role
  • Schedule and manage the daily operations of our retail offices, including staffing, client scheduling, and workflow management.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of tax professionals, providing coaching, feedback, and guidance to ensure excellent client service and quality work product.
  • Collaborate with district leadership to implement operational strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to deliver exceptional service and drive loyalty.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in customer service, preferably in a retail or financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other technology systems, with the ability to quickly learn new software and processes.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including medical coverage, 401(k) retirement savings plan, and employee stock purchase plan.
