You will work closely with other team members to ensure seamless operations, maintain high standards of customer service, and contribute to a positive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests promptly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
- Direct guests to available seating areas, tables, or bars
- Assist with cleaning, side work, and league check-ins as needed
