We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite.

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for our Dynamics 365 environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing tickets and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Maintaining a strong understanding of application support and SLAs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in help desk and ticket management
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and background in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong understanding of application support and SLAs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
