Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves working as a Registered Nurse (RN) within our residency program. As an RN, you'll participate in a comprehensive curriculum tailored to your individual learning needs, focusing on direct patient care and collaboration with experienced coaches. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in a residency core curriculum to enhance your nursing skills and knowledge.
  • Providing high-quality direct patient care, working closely with a coach to ensure effective treatment plans.
  • Establishing priorities for patient care activities based on acuity, patient preferences, and resource availability.
  • Initiating interventions to maintain safe and effective patient care.

We value critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you'll need:

  • A degree from an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA), obtained upon hire.
