Job Summary

As a key member of our team, the Escrow Branch Manager/Sr. Escrow Officer will be responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of an assigned branch or branches. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as expertise in escrow transactions and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned branch or branches
  • Act as a neutral third-party between buyers and sellers during real estate transactions
  • Manage funds and process real estate transactions
  • Ensure employee conformance to established practices and proper training of staff
  • Prepare related reports and audits current procedures to monitor efficiency of operations
  • Manage and implement processes and policies
Requirements
  • 6+ years of directly related experience
  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role
  • Strong process skills, detail-oriented, and computer skills
  • Ability to lead, supervise, and manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with competitor, financial, and industry dynamics
