Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a direct hire role with a salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Coordination: Assist in the preparation and sending of opening letters and thank you acknowledgments to all parties involved in real estate transactions.
  • Title Research: Order title commitments and distribute them to all relevant parties.
  • Payoff Processing: Update payoff/assumption statements as requested by clients or lenders.
  • Fund Management: Prepare receipts for all funds received from customers or lenders, and order wire transfers as needed.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need an Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training. Additionally, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
