Salary
We offer a competitive salary range for this role, with an estimated $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our total rewards package includes a 401(k) match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits.
Job Description
As a Registered Nurse at DaVita, you will provide specialized nephrology care to patients suffering from end-stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease in a hospital setting. Your role involves delivering unique treatment plans, overseeing a group of patients, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing or higher
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience preferred
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus
