Tax Season Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Tax Season Representatives. As a representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to clients navigating the tax season process.

The Role:

This is a part-time opportunity, approximately 4 months, with flexible scheduling options available. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Schedule appointments with Tax Preparers and coordinate client flow through the process
• Input sensitive and confidential client data into our proprietary software
• Answer phones and resolve client issues
• Maintain a clean and inviting workplace environment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of Customer Service experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Bilingual Spanish is an asset

Estimated Salary Range:
