Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical unit, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, assessing, and evaluating patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Supervise and direct the delegation of tasks to appropriate team members, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License
- BLS and ACLS certification
- ASN or Nursing Diploma
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- BSN or must be completed within 5 years upon hire
- At least one year of RN experience preferred
