Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our STEM Scholars Program as a Program Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating a cohort-based learning community for STEM majors, focusing on promoting inclusion and excellence in STEM fields.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program leadership and coordination of academic year programming and a six-week Summer Bridge experience for incoming students
  • Collaboration with the Assistant Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, overseeing curriculum development, budgeting, and co-curricular programming
  • Working with the Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) leadership team to support a campus-wide initiative aimed at fostering intergroup dialogue and improving campus climate
  • Marketing, recruitment, and assessment activities
Requirements
  • Master's degree or three to five years of residence life, learning community, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to demonstrate commitment to diversity, social justice, and fostering a collaborative multicultural environment
  • Experience working with STEM-based residential programs and cohort-based programs
