Strategic Partnership Developer

The Partner Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth and development at FreedomPay. This individual will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of enterprise partners, collaborating with internal teams to ensure partner enablement, and executing high-level initiatives to expand partnerships in collaboration with the Partner Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage relationships with assigned enterprise partners to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that enable partner success and improve the overall partner experience.
- Work closely with the Partner Business Development team to develop and execute strategies that increase platform consumption and grow revenue within assigned partner portfolios.
- Manage hardware forecasting activities for assigned partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Track key metrics to support ongoing partner management and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
- Provide regular executive reporting to stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Drive resolution of partner escalations and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to the development of partnership strategies that align with the best interests of both FreedomPay and assigned partners.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Partner Management, Sales, and/or Channel Sales position(s).
- Bias for action with the ability to do whatever it takes to ensure success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to speak and present publicly.
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-Suite executives and other stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Experience in Payments or adjacent industries is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 10-15% and come into the office located in Philadelphia, PA once a week.
