About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team at TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico LLC in Jacksonville, FL.

Job Overview

This role is responsible for supporting current marketing programs and assisting with new initiatives that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a passion for creating impactful content.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager to establish and evaluate marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.
  • Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data.
  • Develop well-structured materials and presentations to support sales efforts and internal and external communications.
  • Support the commercial team in providing event coordination assistance at customer meetings & events.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for customer communications, advertising, and events across multiple channels.
  • Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support and event coordination with the Corporate Social Responsibility Board.
  • Assist in developing and implementing content & communications for internal and external audiences across various platforms.
  • Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generations.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics to assess program success.
  • Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends.
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including digital asset management (DAM) system, CRM, email marketing, etc.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • One to Three years of experience in marketing coordination or directly supporting a marketing or communications function in a B2B organization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, with a passion for copywriting and social media.
