Telecommunications Laborer

Kanaan Communications is seeking a skilled Underground Laborer to join our team. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to underground telecommunications construction.
Key Responsibilities- Loading, driving, and delivering construction materials and equipment
- Hand digging and using mechanical tools for excavation
- Installing and maintaining underground telecommunications cabling
- Operating or working around heavy equipment and machinery
- Maintaining safe working habits and conditions according to regulations and company policies
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check
- Basic knowledge of utility trucks and equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees
- Regular and timely attendance
- Climbing into and out of equipment
- Lifting and carrying up to 80 pounds
- Working in a fast-paced environment with moderate to loud noise levels
