Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Intensive Care Unit at the University of Miami Hospital. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will deliver exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with colleagues to provide comprehensive medical services.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), with one year of experience in intensive care nursing. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized patient care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each patient
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Monitor patients' conditions, administer medications, and perform procedures as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes
