BUILD CLIENT LOYALTY

  • Assess client needs by listening and asking questions.
  • Sell relevant services using knowledge and advice.
  • Sign up clients as members with the best value program.
  • Resolve concerns with a positive outcome.
  • Provide 5-star service to all members, employees, and outside contacts.

Create and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, including social media marketing, special packages, and partnerships.

Ensure the spa complies with municipal health regulations and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee spa supplies, products, and equipment inventory, maintaining adequate stock levels and ordering new supplies as necessary.
  • Execute policies, procedures, and programs consistently, in line with company goals.
  • Implement cash management and banking procedures accurately and consistently.
  • Hire, train, and communicate effectively with staff members.
  • Monitor and exceed monthly revenue goals, EFT retention, and audit.
Requirements
  • Degree or certification in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of managerial experience or a similar role.
  • 3-5 years Sales experience.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to understand and create financial reports, budgeting, and marketing strategies.
