Salary Range:

The estimated salary for this role is $140,000-$170,000 per year, with an additional 20% annual bonus opportunity.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to manage partnerships in the West US Market. This role will be responsible for driving performance and execution aligned with business and customer strategies, while achieving profitable sales objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage broker networks to lead and deliver business plans within budget across key regional retailers.
  • Develop 4P plans to cascade across broker networks, delivering against KPIs that ultimately drive revenue and share targets.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Customer Development, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to ensure goal alignment.
  • Leadership skills to challenge the organization to meet goals through evolution of changing business dynamics.
  • Customer HQ chain management, developing JBP business relationships with select key customers.
  • Negotiating ongoing customer contracts and business development programs.
  • Customer planning, developing and executing key customer growth plans through Integrated Business Planning.
  • Full ownership of meeting company-provided margin contribution and net/net sales targets.
  • Customer administration, utilizing TPM to forecast volume and annual trade spend.
  • Budget management, driving profitable growth while managing a company-provided travel and entertainment budget.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in Regional and/or Headquarter Account Customer Management.
  • Grocery Channel experience required, with broker management experience preferred.
  • Experience in Category Management, utilizing data to deliver actionable insights.
  • Financial acumen.
  • Ability to develop new strategies, processes, practices, and programs enhancing a consumer-centric approach.
  • Self-starter and collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerBI, TPM, Nielsen or Circana.
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
