Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Product Marketing Manager to drive growth in our digital video business and create innovative customer experiences. This role will be responsible for developing and executing best-in-class video strategies to optimize the PV Storefront customer experience across various customer cohorts, aiming to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have experience working cross-functionally with internal teams globally, driving marketing programs that reach millions, and analyzing data to inform decisions that resonate with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with technical and business teams to enhance the customer storefront CX by identifying solutions through automation.
- Develop customer segmentation experiment roadmaps and manage targeting, segmentation, messaging, content, and design planning and execution, as well as reporting on individual campaign results and bigger picture trends.
- Execute A/B tests, analyze results, and present findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable insights and concise business actions and recommendations.
- Manage storefront auditing mechanisms across multiple organizations and identify opportunities to improve the customer storefront CX.
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience engaging with and learning new content management systems/tools.
- Strong critical and analytical thinking.
- Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems.
- Strong communications skills to drive recommendations, articulate tradeoffs, and communicate plans to senior leadership.
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
- Experience with A/B testing.
Amazon offers a competitive salary ranging from $98,200/year to $179,600/year, depending on location.
