About the Role

We are seeking a driven and innovative Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Rakuten International. As a key member of our Engagement/Lifecycle marketing team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product launches, enhance member engagement, and develop compelling marketing strategies.

This role involves crafting engaging marketing campaigns, working closely with Product teams to bring product enhancements to life, and executing transactional and promotional marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for owning product marketing strategy from creative brief to implementation across channels (email, push, in-app, site, etc).

In this position, you will maintain and share market research to understand emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences in consumer technology. You will work closely with marketing analytics and data teams to measure performance, test, and track ongoing funnel trends.

As a key influencer on behalf of the member, you will drive product enhancements that meet business outcomes while ensuring alignment with brand messaging. You will prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail, and e-commerce business, and excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and project management skills.

The estimated salary for this role is $145,459 annually, which includes discretionary bonus, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and other employee benefits as the company implements.
