Salary Information
The salary for this position is approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This competitive salary reflects the importance of this role in our organization and the value we place on our employees' skills and expertise.

Job Description
We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to work with our geriatric population. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by helping them overcome swallowing or cognitive deficits. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating residents' conditions to identify areas where speech therapy can be beneficial.
  • Helping residents set and achieve goals to improve their cognition or swallowing abilities.
  • Providing education and support to residents and their caregivers.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to federal, state, and local legal requirements.


Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
  • Pennsylvania state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience working with geriatric populations an asset.
