Pursue a fulfilling career as an Outpatient RN with our esteemed healthcare team. As an entry-level professional, you will be accountable for delivering high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Perform essential functions under the direction of the Supervisor and with guidance from the Clinical Educator, Preceptor, or in collaboration with other Registered Nurses.
- Analyze patient data pre-during-post hemodialysis treatment for assigned patients and document in the patient medical record, making adjustments or modifications to the treatment plan as indicated.
- Collaborate with direct and ancillary patient care staff to provide safe and effective delivery of hemodialysis therapy to assigned patients.
- Administer medications as prescribed or in accordance with approved algorithm(s), documenting appropriate medical justification and effectiveness.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
- Meet practice requirements in the state in which employed.
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience and location.
