About the Role


As a Master Restoration Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of technicians through full-service restoration projects. You will oversee and direct the team's performance, ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.



Main Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage a team of technicians through full-service restoration projects.
  • Oversee and direct the team's performance, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Mentor, train, and equip team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Interface with branch, operations, and project managers to ensure your team is fully prepared for each project.
  • Provide full-service emergency help to commercial and residential customers in disaster-related scenarios.


Requirements and Qualifications



  • Proven experience in remediation/restoration industry with deep understanding of solutions, safety compliance, and hazards.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects and tasks with proactive problem-solving approach.


Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
