Job Description:Patient Support and Care

• Safely transport patients according to the daily schedule, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist therapists during treatment sessions, employing proper safety measures and positioning devices as needed.

Equipment Management

• Prepare and maintain therapy equipment, ensuring operational readiness and hygiene standards.
• Clean, maintain, and record the upkeep of therapy equipment, including specialized devices like hydrocollators.

Documentation and Administrative Tasks

• File and manage digital and physical documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Upload soft files in EMR systems and run reports related to rehabilitation operations.

Supply Management and Clerical Support

• Daily restock necessary supplies, such as linens, towels, gloves, and disinfectant wipes.
• Undertake clerical duties, including distributing therapy schedules and maintaining orderly therapy spaces.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have a High School diploma or equivalent and additional certification from a CNA program (required in mandatory states). Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, and proficiency in EMR/EHR systems is essential.
