Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Aerial Lift Technician to join our team at ALL Aerials, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aerial lifts.

Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing aerial lifts, as well as maintaining accurate records of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex issues with aerial lifts, using diagnostic equipment and technical manuals as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
  • Collaborate with service writers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and work safely around moving machinery.

Requirements:

  • Strong diesel engine, hydraulic, and electrical background.
  • Basic set of mechanic's hand tools.
  • Valid Driver's License with an acceptable MVR.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
