At Our Home Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Production Team Manager to lead our production team in achieving business results around Safety, Quality, Production, and Cost initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the supervision of the plant production team, ensuring full compliance with all food safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Production Activities: Oversee all production activities in accordance with corporate and plant policies, programs, and standards concerning safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide continual leadership and guidance to team members for the purpose of increasing their effectiveness and establishing good working relationships.
  • Safety and Environmental Programs: Actively promote plant safety and environmental programs, and procedures that follow corporate and regulatory requirements.
  • Staffing Levels: Manage staffing levels to current standards.
  • Responsibilities Assignment: Assign responsibilities to team members as required to meet planned production schedules.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate the proper training of team members within the assigned department.
  • Disciplinary Actions: Apply disciplinary actions in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
  • Review and Adjust: Review shift activities and results and adjust as required for continuous improvement.
  • Investigation and Correction: Investigate production delays and take corrective action as necessary.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a High School diploma and/or 4-5 years' experience working as a lead or supervisor in the production or manufacturing environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing;
  • Establish Relationships: Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with Our Home Inc staff and others contacted in the course of the work;
  • Judgment and Decision Making: Ability to assume responsibility and exercise good judgment in making decisions within the scope of authority of the position;
  • Pressure and Time Management: Ability to think and work effectively under pressure and accurately complete tasks within established times;
  • Prioritization: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Office Equipment Knowledge: Knowledge of standard office equipment and systems such as fax, scanner, printer, email, etc.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver license, transportation, and automobile liability insurance.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
