As a Product Specialist at Classic Toyota of Henderson, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand, ensuring high standards of customer service, and satisfaction are met.

Job Summary

We are seeking a confident, passionate, and tech-savvy sales consultant with automotive experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales, a proven ability to engage with customers, and deliver distinguished, memorable experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized and memorable customer experiences.
  • Demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of Toyota vehicles, features, and benefits.
  • Conducting test drives and product demonstrations, showcasing Toyota's commitment to innovation, safety, and sustainability.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries, and providing comprehensive after-sales support.
  • Fostering long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty to Classic Toyota of Henderson.
Key Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years of professional automotive experience.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Confident negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Tech-savvy, with an aptitude for the latest in-car technology and telematics.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is up to $85,000, based on base pay and commission. Compensation may vary based on individual performance and other factors.
