This is a temporary to hire position for entry-level degreed candidates with an interest in supply chain, transportation, or logistics.

The role offers growth potential and is located on site in Memphis, TN.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Determine the pertinent parts of import documentation
  • Verify Importer of record
  • Piece count reconciliation
  • Data entry and file logging
  • Lookup and update arrival notice information
  • Trace freight as needed
  • Assist with system filters updates
  • Sort and distribute Arrival Notice emails
  • Support Delivery orders and Delivery Instructions
  • Obtain Proof of Delivery and Delivery Charges
  • Collaborate with Import CSR on daily functions
  • Clean up system filters

We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated at $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on industry standards and location.
