Restaurant Operations Manager

The General Manager is a pivotal role in delivering a consistently high-level guest experience, driving restaurant execution against key initiatives, and managing measurable qualitative and quantitative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive continuous improvement and operate at an optimum level, delivering a high-level WOW guest experience with a focus on the FOUR WALLS.
- Maintain brand standards via the Operations Assessment (OA) and ensure Quality Assurance/Food Safety Standards are upheld.
- Manage Speed of Service, ensuring Phase Three Brands standards are maintained in all Speed of Service categories.
- Conduct regular guest surveys, focusing on opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and respond to all guest complaints, identifying root causes of sub-standard guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the District Manager to understand market factors impacting the restaurant's business trends.
- Effectively manage staffing, ensuring fully trained Team Members at all levels, and drive continuous improvement to maximize profitability.
- Create an environment that stimulates revenue growth.
- Manage food cost and budget, utilizing tools and Best Practices effectively.
- Effectively manage labor vs. matrix and budget, utilizing tools and Best Practices effectively.
- Manage the budget, controlling costs and ensuring business needs are met.
- Maintain R&M costs to the budget, ensuring the restaurant is maintained at a high level.
- Ensure accurate reporting of costs, with a full understanding of the profitability model.
- Results-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Understands the dynamics of the P&L.
- Effectively manages costs, with a proven track record of controlling costs.
