We are seeking a Service Ambassador to join our team at Massage Envy, where we strive to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a supportive team, and we're committed to investing in your success.

As a Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, promoting our wellness programs, and supporting clinic flow. You will be a critical thinker with excellent math and computer skills, able to multitask and establish positive relationships with guests.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and understood
  • Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new services, selling the Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
  • Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with previous retail or sales experience preferred
  • Critical thinking skills, with excellent math and computer abilities
  • Great people skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with guests
