About the Role:
The Scheduler ensures timely scheduling of treatments and services for our patients, working closely with Care Management and other peers. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate and well-communicated schedules for all patients upon referral and admission.
- Participating in agency back-office daily operations, as assigned by the Business Office Manager.
- Demonstrating flexibility and critical thinking skills in addressing frequent changes throughout the day.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience is required, but relevant medical office experience is preferred.
