Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital member of our healthcare team, providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a RN on our Telemetry Unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements:

  • Current Maryland RN license or licensure in a compact state that allows practice in Maryland.
  • CPR certification required.
  • ACLS certification required for certain departments.
  • BSN preferred, with RN's without a BSN required to enroll in a BSN program within 6 months and complete degree within 4 years of start date.
