Human Resources Recruiter and Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Recruiter and Administrator to support our expanding portfolio of clients in the charity fundraising and marketing industry.
This role will involve making daily phone calls to applicants, representing the company and its positions in a professional manner, managing social media, assisting with payroll, collaborating closely with the management/hiring team, and being open to feedback based on market trends.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a positive attitude. They will convey our company culture of growth, energy, and excitement through interactions with potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Recruiting and Scheduling: Identify, attract, and select top talent for our organization.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative assistance to our sales team, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Office Management: Maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Business Administration: Assist with various business tasks, such as payroll, HR, and training programs.
