Business Development Manager Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at SourcePro Search, LLC. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive business growth and lead the development of strategic initiatives in support of our firm's goals.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Emerging Companies & Venture Capital and Intellectual Property Practice attorneys to develop and execute business development activities. This includes identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with partners to enhance client service delivery standards, and creating thought leadership content to raise our profile in the market.
This role requires a minimum of five years' experience in a marketing or business development role, preferably in a law firm or professional services firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of key clients and market forces, as well as excellent project management skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business environment that allows for professional growth and development.
